If you scan a QR code - and software for your smart phone is free, and built into many smart phones such as the Nokia N95, then you can, for example add a URL to lead you to a web site to your contacts database. Or send an email or SMS, or send email, get an address card...

One thing is for sure, you get attention off the page and into people's digital world fast, and a set of stickers with your QR code also help to spread the word.
